Every P.S.A.P. in the U.S. Needs to have 3-1-1
Why can’t this be an option to the public everywhere in the U.S. like 9-1-1. What a great benefit it would be to have this to weed out the non-emergency b.s. that we’re plagued with daily in the center.

VALLEJO, Calif. – A serial crank caller using a donated cell phone has plagued 911 with nearly 2,000 fake emergency calls over the past six months, tying up dispatchers and sending police and firefighters on wild goose chases, authorities said.
